I'm a UX leader with 10+ years of experience creating digital healthcare products that help patients, caregivers, and clinical teams navigate complex healthcare journeys with greater confidence and ease. Throughout my career, I've combined hands-on design expertise with people leadership, building and mentoring high-performing teams while remaining deeply involved in product strategy, research, and design execution.
My background spans oncology, patient engagement, electronic health records, and clinical workflows, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges healthcare users face every day. I'm passionate about transforming complex systems into intuitive, accessible experiences that improve outcomes for both users and organizations.
Today, I lead UX initiatives at Ontada, where I drive product strategy, design operations, design system adoption, accessibility efforts, and emerging AI-enabled design practices.
